Registration

• a) OCTM Member Full Conference – $85.00
  If you are a current member of OCTM and are unable to select this option, please log into this site via the "Log In" link at the upper right. If you are unable to log in, please contact the OCTM Online Membership Manager at membership@ohioctm.org .
• b) non-OCTM Member Full Conference – $110.00
  This selection includes OCTM membership dues for 1 year, for those who are not members currently. (If you already are a member and would like to renew now, please do so by clicking the "Membership" link at the upper right.)
• c) OCTM Member One Day - Thursday – $60.00
  This is a one day registration for current members. If you are a current member of OCTM and are unable to select this option, please log into this site via the "Log In" link at the upper right. If you are unable to log in, please contact the OCTM Online Membership Manager at membership@ohioctm.org .
• d) non-OCTM Member One Day - Thursday – $85.00

• e) OCTM Member One Day - Friday – $60.00

• f) non-OCTM Member One Day - Friday – $85.00

• g) Pre-service Teacher - OCTM Member
  There is no registration fee for pre-service teachers who are current members of OCTM. You will be asked to provide the name and e-mail address of a professor or advisor who can confirm your student status.
• h) Pre-service Teacher - non-OCTM Member – $5.00
  This registration includes a 1-year membership in the Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics. You will be asked to provide the name and e-mail address of a professor or advisor who can confirm your student status.
• i) Administrator or Curriculum Director
  There is no registration fee for administrators to attend the conference. Please be sure to enter your school and role in the registration form.
• j) Speaker
  In the session proposal form, you were asked to identify one speaker whose conference registration fee would be waived for leading a 50-minute informational session, 50-minute interactive session, or 100-minute workshop session. Only this person should be registered using this option. In the event that this person is no longer able to present, please contact Karen Plaster, registration chair, at 2018octmregistration@ohioctm.org AND Heather Wukelich, program chair, at heather.wukelich@ohioctm.org to make a replacement.
• k) Award Recipient
  Choose this registration option if you are an AWARD RECIPIENT and you are attending one or both days of the conference. Your registration is FREE for the entire conference.
