How to Empower Yourself and Empower Others: Sharing Your Math Teaching Craft through Conferences, Publications, and Other Venues
Many teachers routinely engage their learners in innovative and effective practices in their math classrooms and lessons. Other teachers can benefit from your experience. Share your best ideas and start the conversation about how we all can improve our teaching practice. Join us to find out how to prepare a conference proposal that will capture attention, how to prepare and submit a journal manuscript for publication, and how to create a blog along with other strategies.
Presenters include Alexa Fulmer, Program Chair of the 2020 OCTM Conference, and M. Todd Edwards, Editor of OCTM’s Ohio Journal of School Mathematics.

The cost for a non-member will be $10.
