Vendor and Sponsor Registration 2019 OCTM Conference

Registration

• a) Single-Year Single Booth Rental – $500.00
  This fee is for a single booth in the exhibit hall.
• b) Single-Year Two Booth Rental – $950.00
  This rental is for two (2) booths in the exhibit hall. $500 for the first booth and $450 for the second booth.
• c) Single-Year Three Booth Rental – $1,350.00
  This rental is for three (3) booths in the exhibit hall. $500 for the first booth, $450 for the second booth, and $400 for the third booth.
• d) Three-Year Contract Booth Rental Rate – $1,200.00
  This rate is for a single booth with a three-year contract. $500 for the first year, $400 for the second year, and $300 for the third year.
• d1) Three-Year Contract Booth Rental (Year 1 rate) – $500.00
  Vendors who have chosen to contract with OCTM for 3 years can pay in installments: $500 during the first year (then $400 in Year 2 and $300 in Year 3).
• d2) Three-Year Contract Booth Rental (Year 2 rate) – $400.00
  Vendors who have chosen to contract with OCTM for 3 years can pay in installments: $400 during the second year ($500 in Year 1 and $300 in Year 3).
• d3) Three-Year Contract Booth Rental (Year 3 rate) – $300.00
  Vendors who have chosen to contract with OCTM for 3 years can pay in installments: $300 during the third year ($500 in Year 1 and $400 in Year 2).
• e) Non-Profit Single-Year Booth Rental – $300.00
  This is a special rate for non-profit organizations to have one table in the vendor area at the OCTM Conference.
• e1) Non-Profit Three-Year Contract Booth Rental (Year 1 rate) – $300.00
  Non-profits who have chosen to contract with OCTM for 3 years can pay in installments: $300 during the first year (then $250 in Year 2 and $200 in Year 3).
• e2) Non-Profit Three-Year Contract Booth Rental (Year 2 rate) – $250.00
  Non-profits who have chosen to contract with OCTM for 3 years can pay in installments: $250 during the second year ($300 in Year 1 and $200 in Year 3).
• e3) Non-Profit Three-Year Contract Booth Rental (Year 3 rate) – $200.00
  Non-profits who have chosen to contract with OCTM for 3 years can pay in installments: $200 during the third year ($300 in Year 1 and $250 in Year 2).
• f) Non-Profit Three-Year Single Booth Rental – $750.00
  This is a special price for non-profit organizations that commit to three (3) years of participation at the OCTM Conference. This price covers all three years.
• g) Half-Page Advertisement in Conference Program – $250.00
  Half page advertisement on the inside pages of the conference program book.
• h) Quarter-Page Advertisement in Conference Program – $125.00
  Quarter-page advertisement on the inside pages of the conference program book.
• i) Full-Page Advertisement in Conference Program – $500.00
  Full page advertisement on the inside pages of the conference program book.
• j) Program Back Cover Advertisement – $750.00
  Full page advertisement on the back cover of the conference program book.
• k) Sponsor or co-sponsor an event, tote bags, or drawing prizes
  Vendors are invited to sponsor or co-sponsor an event, such as the awards banquet or a featured session, or the conference tote bags or prizes for drawings. If you are interested in any of the above, choose this option, and Mark Jaffee will contact you directly.
